Nancy really knows the locale. She regularly points out houses she has sold and houses her peers have sold that meet my criteria. Trust Nancy's recommendations. I used my own lawyer. Big mistake, hers would have done much better. Also, let her lead you through the process of buying a house. She knows it and she knows most of the people in it. As for negotiation, I got aLPG plumbing for a gas stove update, she got me windows added and more. All built into the P&S
